Lilach Keynan focuses on complex economic, corporate and real-estate disputes, including matters involving extensive documentary records, data analysis, corporate and securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and international law, white-collar exposure and crisis management. She coordinates multidisciplinary mandates in which factual development, evidence architecture and legal strategy must remain aligned throughout the matter.

She previously coordinated Special Solutions within Herzog Fox & Neeman’s White Collar & Special Solutions Department. Her prior experience includes service as a senior partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne’eman Keynan, as a founding partner of N|T|K & Co., and as an attorney at Zelinger & Co.

Her practice emphasizes structured review of evidence and data, identification of the critical factual and legal point, and coordinated partner-level management across litigation, investigations and corporate advisory work.
