Biography

Guy Ne’eman is a corporate and economic litigator whose practice spans white-collar defense, regulatory enforcement, securities and capital-markets disputes, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management and Special Solutions mandates. He represents clients in complex civil, administrative and criminal proceedings and leads matters in which litigation strategy, regulatory exposure, governance and business judgment must be coordinated under a single mandate.

He previously served as Head of White Collar and Special Solutions at Herzog Fox & Neeman. His earlier career includes service as a senior partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne’eman Keynan, as a founding partner of N|T|K & Co., and as an attorney at Gornitzky & Co. He also held leadership roles in the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association, including co-chair positions in the Capital Markets and Business Committee and the Corporations Committee.

His work is structured around early identification of the decisive issues, disciplined development of the evidentiary record and direct partner responsibility for strategy, advocacy and final work product.

Biography

Lilach Keynan focuses on complex economic, corporate and real-estate disputes, including matters involving extensive documentary records, data analysis, corporate and securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and international law, white-collar exposure and crisis management. She coordinates multidisciplinary mandates in which factual development, evidence architecture and legal strategy must remain aligned throughout the matter.

She previously coordinated Special Solutions within Herzog Fox & Neeman’s White Collar & Special Solutions Department. Her prior experience includes service as a senior partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne’eman Keynan, as a founding partner of N|T|K & Co., and as an attorney at Zelinger & Co.

Her practice emphasizes structured review of evidence and data, identification of the critical factual and legal point, and coordinated partner-level management across litigation, investigations and corporate advisory work.

Biography

Barak Orbach is Of Counsel and Chief AI Officer at Neeman Keynan and the Robert H. Mundheim Professor of Law & Business at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in antitrust, corporate governance, and AI governance.

Orbach has extensive experience advising government agencies, public and private companies, boards of directors, investors, and trade associations on antitrust, corporate governance, and complex regulatory matters, especially those arising from technological change. He also serves as an expert in high-stakes cases. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and served as Advisor for Law & Economics at the Israel Competition Authority.

As Chief AI Officer, Orbach oversees the firm’s AI workflows, governance arrangements, and training. He has advised courts, law firms, corporate boards, and senior management, including general counsel, on AI deployment and governance. His advice covers AI deployment strategies, workflow design, staff training, and safeguards for oversight and accountability. He also advises on emerging AI regulation and its implications for organizational policies, compliance, and risk management.

Designated by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Orbach serves as a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute, a fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel, a lifetime member of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the American Antitrust Institute’s advisory board. He regularly speaks at international conferences, universities, and professional forums. His work has been cited or featured in Bloomberg, the Financial Times, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and many other media outlets.

Orbach holds a doctorate in law (S.J.D.) and a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, and degrees in law (LL.B.) and economics (B.A.) from Tel Aviv University.

Biography

Tamar Maoz-Knaz advises public and private companies on corporate law, capital markets, securities regulation, commercial matters and labor and employment law. Her work covers corporate governance, securities offerings, ongoing reporting, engagement with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well as with the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements.

She also advises on labor and employment relations matters, including employment agreements, termination and workforce reductions, compensation and benefits, and the preparation of internal policies and procedures.

She began her career at Goldfarb Seligman. She worked as an associate at N|T|K & Co. and at a Top-25 Israeli law firm, and later as a partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan and at Herzog Fox Neeman. She is currently a partner at Ne'eman Keynan & Co.

Her practice frequently requires the integration of corporate, securities, employment and regulatory considerations within a single decision framework.

Biography

Adi Yehezkiel-Yaffe focuses on corporate law, capital markets, securities and commercial real estate. She advises public and private companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including on corporate governance, securities offerings, ongoing disclosure, interaction with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and commercial and financing agreements.

Her real-estate work includes commercial and private transactions, leases, construction projects and urban-renewal matters. She also participates in cross-practice mandates involving white-collar, regulatory and Special Solutions considerations.

Biography

Philippe Lipschutz focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, investment transactions and cross-border corporate matters. He advises on the structuring, negotiation and execution of domestic and international transactions and brings prior experience in tenders, project finance, infrastructure and energy matters.

His practice also includes technology, privacy and data-protection issues. He holds professional credentials in privacy and data protection, including EXIN certification and DPO training through Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.

He began his career at M. Firon & Co. and Levy Meidan & Co. He joined the current team at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan in 2021 and moved with it to Herzog Fox & Neeman, where he was made partner. His work combines transaction execution with disciplined identification of regulatory, contractual and operational risk.

Biography

Dana Hasson focuses on competition law, internal investigations and regulatory risk. Before entering private practice, she spent more than a decade in the Investigations and Intelligence Department of the Israel Competition Authority, where she led a team handling complex antitrust investigations and enforcement initiatives.

She represents companies and corporate officers in competition law enforcement proceedings and investigations, and draws on that enforcement background to advise on internal investigations, regulatory-risk management and strategic responses to high-scrutiny events. Her work includes fact development, interview and document-review strategy, issue mapping and the preparation of defensible findings and decision materials.

She holds an LL.B., B.A. and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is admitted to the Israel Bar.

Biography

Roy Boker practices in corporate and commercial law, capital markets and securities, capital raising and public offerings, financing transactions, and legal representation before government ministries and regulatory authorities.

He advises private and public companies, management teams and stakeholders on commercial agreements, offering processes, credit and financing transactions, and ongoing legal matters arising from broad business and operational activities.

This background forms a central foundation of his current work on matters requiring an integrated legal, commercial and operational perspective, as well as processes involving coordination among multiple interfaces, close attention to detail and careful business judgment.

He is a lawyer at Ne’eman Keynan & Co. His previous experience includes serving as an attorney at Herzog Fox & Neeman, as well as in the legal department of a large stock exchange-listed company operating in the automotive sector.
