Biography
Guy Ne’eman is a corporate and economic litigator whose practice spans white-collar defense, regulatory enforcement, securities and capital-markets disputes, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management and Special Solutions mandates. He represents clients in complex civil, administrative and criminal proceedings and leads matters in which litigation strategy, regulatory exposure, governance and business judgment must be coordinated under a single mandate.
He previously served as Head of White Collar and Special Solutions within Herzog Fox & Neeman’s. His earlier career includes service as a senior partner at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne’eman Keynan, as a founding partner of N|T|K & Co., and as an attorney at Gornitzky & Co. He also held leadership roles in the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association, including co-chair positions in the Capital Markets and Business Committee and the Corporations Committee.
His work is structured around early identification of the decisive issues, disciplined development of the evidentiary record and direct partner responsibility for strategy, advocacy and final work product.

- Defense in the collapse of public company Inventec, involving NIS 110 million.
- Defense in the collapse of public company Brookland, involving NIS 100 million.
- Defense in the collapse of public company Ortam, involving NIS 200 million.
- Representation in the NIS 510 million Luka–Alrov derivative action and a further derivative action concerning approximately NIS 750 million in Alrov share purchases.
- Defense of a claim for 40% of the shares in public company BUFF on the eve of its IPO.
- The Better-Cann proceedings in the Economic Court concerning receivership over controlling shares in connection with its merger with public company InterCure.
