From Founding to Recognition

Ne'eman Keynan & Co. was founded in 2011 by Guy Ne'eman and Lilach Keynan around three core practices: securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate litigation. Many of the partners who joined in the years that followed are the same partners practicing together today.

Over the following decade, the firm's work earned independent recognition across a series of international and local rankings, while its practice expanded to include competition, financial regulation, and complex regulatory investigations.

That growth led the team to Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel's largest firms. There, Guy Ne'eman headed White Collar and Special Solutions within the Litigation Department, while Lilach Keynan coordinated the firm's Special Solutions mandates.

By 2026, The Legal 500 EMEA ranked the team's White-Collar Crime, Investigations & Fraud practice Tier 1. Guy Ne'eman was named a Leading Partner and Practice Co-head, and all other partners on the team were individually recognized as Key Lawyers — placing the practice in the highest tier of its category.

A Data-Driven Practice

Long before artificial intelligence began reshaping legal practice, the team had already developed a distinctly data-driven approach. Its work combined advanced technologies and information-gathering systems with close cooperation with economists, consultants, and other specialists. Lilach Keynan was individually recognized for her expertise in data gathering and analysis, including the use of advanced technologies.

When artificial intelligence reached the point of transforming how complex legal work could be performed, the partners did not simply add it to a legacy structure. They left and rebuilt the firm around senior legal judgment, with technology embedded into every stage of the work.

The result is a deliberately designed operating model: a focused senior team, direct partner involvement, and proprietary infrastructure, without unnecessary layers between legal judgment, the client, and the work.

The Firm Today

Today, the firm operates on this lean, partner-led model rather than a traditional associate-heavy pyramid. Its proprietary infrastructure includes the CIDAH platform, operating under the professional direction of the firm's dedicated Chief AI Officer, Prof. Barak Orbach.

Ne'eman Keynan & Co. is Israel's first true AI-native law firm: a senior, ranked team built from the ground up to combine top-tier legal judgment with proprietary technology.

The firm is designed for matters in which the stakes are high, the facts are complex, and the right decision cannot be delegated. For clients, this means direct access to senior lawyers, faster analysis of complex records, deeper strategic insight, and a clearer picture when critical decisions need to be made.
